This is how TRADUguide works

In the United States, the foreign language translator translates the official document and signs it of accuracy in the presence of a Notary Public since the signature of the translator has to be notarized, that is the translator of the official document has to go to a Notary Public and to sign the translated document of accuracy in the presence of the Notary Public ($2). We translate almost all official documents and papers that require certification, such as legal papers, business documents, and tertiary education documents. In Australia, translated documents must either be notarised by an Australian Notary Public, or have been translated and signed/stamped by the accredited translating service - the National Authority for Accredited Translators and Interpreters (NAATI). If you are dealing with a private translation company in Australia, please ensure the translator signs the translation and that s/he includes her/his NAATI details. Should you need a translation with certification stamp in Europe, for instance in Germany or France, there are sworn or certified translators. A sworn or certified translator has a certain legal status, in the sense that the translation with his/her certification stamp is recognized by officials as replacing the requirement of a notary public. What is TRADUguide? TRADUguide is a community of linguists, bilingual notaries, sworn legal translators, certified translators, and /or duly accredited translators. They are commissioned to provide foreign language translations with certification stamp. This experience, global infrastructure and international community of translators ensures that translation of official documents into your requested languages is a speedy, accurate, and seamless process.
