I'm not sure but I found the meaning:
Les bandeaux sont là pour signifier au client qu’il est toujours dans la même opération et pour l’aider à naviguer (soit par un bouton retour vers l’ope soit pas un menu permettant de revenir sur différentes page ope comme sur l’exemple).
