My comment:

Unfortunately the word releif is not in the known dicitonaries, the word relief will take its' place...

Known dictionaries, such as Webster's, Rogets, and Larousse...

reparación judicial posterior a la condena

My comment:

In the Cabanellas de las Cuevas Diccionario Jurídico, "relief" is defined (in criminal law) as "reparación judicial de un ilícito o protección judicial de un derecho".

My references:

Alcaraz-Varó's Diccionario de Términos Jurídicos

Alcaraz-Varó's Diccionario de Términos Jurídicos defines "recurso de aclaración" as "petition for clarification". The term is further defined by Becerra's Diccionario de Terminología Jurídica Mexicana as a "motion to correct clerical mistakes".
