INTERESTING that you bring this up - today, I got another message, sounding very similar to your guy - I will not mention the name as it is just my assumption that he is from the same camp of fraudulent "job posters" (I actually did say so in my answer and apologized at the same time as I couldn't possibly know for sure). For you info - this is the message (without any names):
