No hace falta decir que es de verano, pues ya implica que no hace falta resfrigerarlo que es la idea de "summer".
Es mejor ahumado sobre madera dura, que puede ser cedro o nogal.

Forget about including the translation of "summer"

For México, salchicha would be a smaller sausage than salchichón, and an embutido is all encompassing.
