Minister of Interior

My comment:

I guess you're problem concernes the interpretation of the sentence "Manca un ministro degli interni, non si trova". I believe he means "Our Ministry of Interior should intervene to solve the situation but he doesn't. We need a stronger Ministry." This is how I interpret it as mother tongue but as for "ministro degli interni" I guess you should translate it literally.
