Mexican Spanish: not sure if it's a Directors' Committee..? Or what "tricolor" is..

My comment:

In this case "tricolor" is related to a PRI party (partido revolucionario institucional) this is the parti that is in power now. The simbol have the colors of the flag and popurarli is know as "el partido tricolor".
