This word "comptant" is to make an opposition with some invoice where you have 30 or 60 days to fully pay them. I worked in a real estate company in France before moving to the US, and "competent" doesn't mean to pay cash. It can be car, check, credit card, as long as it's paid immediately without these 30 or 60 days delay that some companies can get when they need to pay their bill.

It's a nice way of saying: due upon receipt, or payable immediately.
It means don't let any time go by before you pay it: currently due.
You can add Thank You for the aimable. There are several ways to say it. Comptant-due in full upon receipt.
