13.3.1. Po zakończeniu realizacji Przedmiotu Kontraktu zostaną przeprowadzone Pomiary Gwarancyjne w zakresie Gwarantowanych Parametrów Technicznych Przedmiotu Kontraktu o których mowa w Kontrakcie - Artykuł XII, Tabela z pkt. 12.2.2. oraz w Załączniku nr 11 do Kontraktu.
Kontrola dotrzymania parametrów i wielkości podlegających sprawdzeniu odbywać będzie się w oparciu o pomiary kontrolne Bloku przed Przejęciem Przedmiotu Kontraktu do Eksploatacji oraz Pomiary Gwarancyjne przeprowadzone zgodnie z pkt.10.5 Artykułu X Kontraktu, zgodnie z metodologią wykonywania pomiarów opisanych w Załączniku nr 11 do Kontraktu, a także na podstawie rzeczywistych wyników eksploatacyjnych.
