Potential request for translation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

Hello,
The CTC Language Services group is part of Xerox, and was originally set up to provide translation services for internal Xerox work, related to the traditional Xerox products. In addition, for the past 10 years, we have also been working on translation projects for a number of external clients.
We are currently looking for additional suppliers for an existing client, for the translation of immigration type information such as birth certificates and some legal documents. We are also looking for a supplier with medical knowledge as some medical translation may be required and could be quite specialised and could include documents such as patient records and reports.
The translators working on this project need to be UK based,
A lot of the information contained in the documents is of a confidential nature, and there may be security checks required for the translators working with this information. Again, you may already be familiar with similar checks as part of the work you do for other clients.
