Transcription of voice messages
We are doing a project in Africa that involves respondents leaving comments using an IVR system – a bit like voicemail messages.
We expect to get about 1920 comments. About 260 will be in Yoruba, 260 in Hausa, 650 in Akan and 750 will be in Luganda. All of these comments will be in the form of voice files and each voice file will be labelled with a respondent number. Each comment will be between 10 and 20 seconds.
We are looking for a supplier that can transcribe each of these voice messages onto a spread sheet. We would need them to be translated to English at the same time.
Would you be able to supply such a service? How much would you charge and what would the timing involved be?
