   Pricing / Other services

My regular daily volume is 1,500 - 2,500 words. In special cases I can accommodate rush translations, up to a maximum volume of 3,500 words per day.


Please note: Translation projects that require an output of 2,500 plus words per day will be subject to a higher rate. If you need a rush translation ( i.e. delivery within 24 hours ), please send me your original document no later than noon Pacific Standard Time; otherwise I will not be able to guarantee next-day delivery.

You may deliver your documents via e-mail, preferably using file formats such as Word or PDF. Alternatively, you can send me your documents by fax or regular mail; however I reserve the right to refuse illegible or bad fax copies. I also accept deliveries by courier or messenger.

My translations are priced on the basis of the source word count. Please make your texts available in electronic formats (e.g. word ) that allow for automated word counts. When providing fax copies, please ensure that they are of legible quality ! I am happy to accommodate special formatting requests and also offer a discount for large volumes and repeat assignments.

I welcome all kinds of projects, small and large.

Translation rates: US $ 0.10 per word
Special rates for agencies !
Proofreading/ editing: USD 20/ hour or UDS 0.03/word

Minimum fee: US$ 25.00 applies to anything under 250 words )
Pricing is always negotiable in order to deal with the needs of different agencies around the world.
