My native language is English with Spanish as my second. I live in Venezuela and I am fluent in both languages. I am also an English teacher and I am currently writing a book to teach English to Venezuelan students. My daughter, a native Spanish speaker with a degree in English, also helps me with proof-reading. I also do a QC check before delivering any job.
Although I am a new freelancer, I have 30 years of experience translating from English-Spanish-English, working in the Venezuelan Oil Industry.
My experience covers a wide range of subjects, such as; technical, general and commercial documents, edición, RFQ’s, PO’s, bids, contracts or agreements, graphs, presentations in PPT, reports in Exel / Word, user manuals, data transcriptions, letters of confidentiality, cataloging of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, telecommunication materials and equipment for the oil industry, Single Point Mooring (SPM–Monobuoy), Marine Loading Arms (MLA’s).

My rates range from 0.03 USD to 0.12 USD per source word, depending on the complexity and formats.
However, I am willing to adjust these rates according to your budget.
