Dear Sir Madam,



My name is Wira and I live in Rotterdam. After studying electrical engineering, I studied architecture at the "The Hague University" in the Netherlands. Due to an accident, I was unfortunately forced to quit this course.



Because of my passion with Italy and the Italian language, I focused on studying languages during my rehabilitation, especially the Italian language.



Between 2009 and 2011, I worked as an office employee Italian at Use-It Rotterdam. My work consisted mainly of welcoming guests, check-in and check-out of guests, answering questions by phone and e-mails in Dutch, English and especially Italian. Furthermore, it was my job to promote and advice about the hostel as well as Rotterdam as a city and the surrounding areas. For Use-it I also translated the brochures from Dutch/English to Italian so that guests can obtain information independently. Important in this work were the language-technical aspect and communication skills. Use-it Rotterdam gave me the opportunity to apply and develop my knowledge of languages, which were mainly aimed at the Italian language.



Between 2011 and 2014 I performed various work at Albeda College, Stichting Gilde and Volksuniversiteit Rotterdam. I gave lecture in Italian and Dutch. For Stichting Gilde I translated brochures, for example a brochure for a church in Delfshaven in Rotterdam and gave Italian conversation lessons for beginners and advanced students. The work also focused on language use and the interpretation and application of language and knowledge of the Italian and Dutch languages.



In 2016, I worked again as an office employee Italian at Use-it Rotterdam. Again, I communicated with customers, especially in Italian, but also in English and Dutch. For Use-it Rotterdam I have prepared brochures for trips in and around Rotterdam and translated them into Italian.

In 2017, I set up my own company and started various translate jobs for several translation agencies as a freelance translator. I hereby offer translations from Italian to Dutch and vice versa.



As a person, I think it is important to speak to customers in a friendly and accurate manner, make good arrangements and deliver the assignments as quickly and accurately as possible. I have good communication and writing skills both in Dutch and in Italian. The experiences with language and language knowledge that I have built in recent years make me a suitable candidate for the job as a freelance translator Italian-Dutch or vice versa.



At the moment, I focus on translating technical texts (electrical engineering, systems, architecture) and commercial texts (brochures, websites, newsletters). In addition, I specialized in translating texts related to technique, tourism, legal as I have attended different courses in this field. I use also the SDL Trados 2017 CAT Tool for translations. In the attachment I send you my CV and my diplomas. Further for the rates = 0.05 euro per source word. We can also make a speciale price for depending of the volume of the translation. For the payments, I accept Paypal.

Mi chiamo Wira e abito a Rotterdam, Paesi Bassi. Dopo aver studiato ingegneria elettrica ho studiato architettura all'Università d'Aia nei Paesi Bassi. Purtroppo sono stato costretto ad uscire da questo corso a causa di un incidente.

A causa della mia passione con l'Italia e la lingua italiana, mi sono concentrato a studiare lingue durante la mia riabilitazione, soprattutto la lingua italiana.

Tra 2009 e 2011 ho lavorato come dipendente ufficio italiano all’ Use-It Rotterdam. Il mio lavoro consisteva principalmente di accogliere gli ospiti, il check-in e check-out degli ospiti, rispondere alle domande via telefono ed e-mail soprattutto in italiano, inglese e olandese. Inoltre, per promuovere e dare i consigli ai turisti, Rotterdam come la città e le zone circostanti. Per Use-it ho anche tradotto le brochure dall'Olandese/Inglese all'Italiano così che gli ospiti possano ottenere delle informazioni in modo indipendente. Importante in questo lavoro sono stati il linguaggio tecnico e la capacità di comunicare. Use-it Rotterdam mi ha dato l'opportunità di applicare e sviluppare le mie conoscenze delle lingue, che miravano principalmente alla lingua italiana.

Per Stichting Gilde ho tradotto brochure, ad esempio una brochure per una chiesa nel quartiere di Delfshaven a Rotterdam e ho dato delle lezioni di conversazione in italiano per i principianti e studenti sviluppati. Il lavoro si concentrava anche sull'uso della lingua e interpretazione e applicazione della lingua e la conoscenza delle lingue italiana, inglese e olandese.

Nel 2016 ho lavorato di nuovo come dipendente ufficio italiano all’Use-it Rotterdam. Anche questa volta ho comunicato con i clienti, soprattutto in italiano, ma anche in inglese e olandese. Per Use-it Rotterdam ho preparato delle brochure per gite a Rotterdam e le ho tradotto in italiano.

Nel 2017 faccio vari traduzioni per diverse agenzie di traduzione come libero professionista. Con la presente, offro traduzioni dall'italiano all'inglese e viceversa.

Come persona penso che è importante parlare con clienti in modo cordiale e preciso, prendere delle buone accordi e consegnare le assegnazioni più rapidamente e accuratamente possibile. Ho la capacità di comunicare e di scrivere bene sia in olandese, inglese che in italiano. Le esperienze con la lingua e la conoscenza di lingua che ho fatto negli ultimi anni mi fanno un candidato adatto per il lavoro come un traduttore freelance italiano-inglese/olandese o viceversa.

Al momento, mi concentro sulla traduzione di testi tecnici (ingegneria elettrica, architettura) e testi commerciali (brochure, sito web). Inoltre, mi sono specializzato nella traduzione di testi legati al turismo, commercio e la tecnica siccome ho frequentato diversi corsi in questo campo. Per il rate = 0.05 a parola, se va bene per Lei? Per il rate possiamo anche regolare un altro prezzo, dipende della quantità di file, e anche il soggetto.

Geachte mevrouw Ana Pana



Mijn naam is Wira en ik woon in Rotterdam. Na mijn opleiding elektrotechniek ben ik bouwkunde gaan studeren op de Haagse Hogeschool. Door een ongeluk werd ik helaas gedwongen om met deze opleiding te stoppen.



Vanwege mijn passie met Italië en de Italiaanse taal ben ik tijdens mijn revalidatie werk gaan verrichten richting talen. Tussen 2009 en 2011 werkte ik als baliemedewerker op vrijwillige basis bij Use-It Rotterdam. Mijn werkzaamheden bestonden vooral uit het verwelkomen van gasten, het in- en uitchecken van hen, het beantwoorden van aanvragen via de telefoon en e-mails in het Nederlands, Engels en Italiaans. Verder was het mijn taak om het hostel als ook Rotterdam en de omgeving te promoten en hierover adviezen te geven waar ik brochures heb vertaald van het Nederlands naar het Italiaans. Hierin was vooral het klantvriendelijke aspekt van belang en om samen met de gasten naar hun wensen te kijken en deze zo veel mogelijk te waarborgen. Use-it Rotterdam heeft mij de mogelijkheid gegeven om mijn oplossingsgerichte competentie op verschillende manieren toe te passen en te ontwikkelen.



Daarna heb ik tussen 2011 en 2014 o.a. bij het Albeda College, Stichting Gilde en de Volksuniversiteit verschillende werkzaamheden verricht gericht op de Italiaanse en Nederlandse taal zoals het Italiaanse conversatielessen voor beginners zowel gevorderden, en ook o.a. een aantal brochure vertaald van een kerk in Delfshaven in Rotterdam, administratieve taken uitgevoerd en lessen gegeven in de techniek. De werkzaamheden waren vooral gericht op nauwkeurigheid en vergden een proactieve houding.



Begin 2016 kreeg ik wederom de kans om als baliemedewerker bij Use-It Rotterdam te gaan werken. Opnieuw ben ik hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van gasten, het in- en uitchecken van hen, uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals beheren van de kassa etc. Tot mijn taken behoorden uiteindelijk ook het aanbevelen van het Hostel en uitjes plannen in en om Rotterdam.



Vanaf begin dit jaar ben ik begonnen als freelance vertaler Italiaans- Nederlands of viceversa. Uit ervaringen en cursussen en opleidingen zijn mijn vakgebieden :

De ervaring en kennis van de Italiaanse taal die ik al de afgelopen jaren heb opgebouwd maken mij een geschikte kandidaat voor uw functie als vertaler Italiaans- engels/Nederlands.

Ik zou heel blij zijn als ik de mogelijkheid krijg om opdrachten te ontvangen voor de vertalingen Italiaans –Engels/ Nederlands of viceversa.
