Hi there. I'm an MBA grad student with a Bachelor in Languages and Arts. I get excited about many things but when it comes to languages, I'm a real eager beaver! I practically eat, sleep and breathe languages. I am proficient in 3 languages and on my way to master the fourth. I love learning new things and I like getting my hands on almost everything that would teach me something. I do nothing by halves and I'm very self-disciplined, with a passion for planning and deadlines. I am often willing to go the extra mile to get something done as I often like to challenge myself.
I started translating as a requirement for my Translation courses in 2010-2013 and volunteered for several International Cultural Events such as Film Festivals where I was in charge of providing translated subtitles and help my international team get around the city. I have been a freelance translator providing translations for different clients in Beijing (2014-present), with a little experience as an interpreter as well. Besides short articles, poems, events, I translated a whole international trade book for a Chinese education company.
