I am a native Hausa language speaker with high proficiency in English as a second language. I specialize in medical, scientific and legal translations. In the past five years I have been actively producing high-quality translations from Arabic to English and vice versa for a number of high profile companies and government organizations in the Africa, as well as being active in teaching English as Second Language at tertiary level and writing papers and articles for academic publications. I also provide editing, proofreading, interpreting and voice over.
Currently I am working full time as a freelance translator, offering my services to clients both locally and overseas. I am a member of ANILAC, a network of Hausa language translators which gives me access to consultation and support in vast array of fields.
