Basically Chinese & English are both my first languages since I was brought up in a Chinese-speaking family while schooling was in English. Took up French since I was in Secondary School and did the O-levels & A-levels for the language.
Other language exposure includes Japanese, Spanish & Italian. I'm not proficient enough for the translation of these languages yet, but knowledge in additional languages does complement my first & second languages.
I did an IT degree in UCL, London, and am currently doing a Law degree in the same university. Such backgrounds expose me to different vocabularies and terminologies which certainly does facilitate my translations in more technical or specific translations.
I have done numerous freelance translation jobs before, a lot of recipes, menu, software user manuals type of translations.
Pricing / Other services
Cheaper than market price since I do not have solid translation qualifications.
