I have studied translation for 5 years at Saint-Joseph University in Lebanon,and have been working as a freelancer since 2002. My experience in the translation field is based upon 4 language combinations :

Since August 2002: Freelancer-Translator and editor at the Lebanese fashion magazine Fairuz- Dar Assayad. (translations into Arabic for press releases regarding international brands such as Chanel, Clarins, Clinique, Yves Saint Laurent, Shiseido, Sisley, Givenchy, Chopard, ..etc.)
Since 2004: Working as an online translator for different clients (Dubai TV, ONGs,…etc.)
Sept – Dec 2005: Translation of a journalistic project for Cabinet Champollion – France. (Translation of the news transmitted by Al-Jazirah, Radio Kuwait, Radio Qatar, ANN, BBC,…etc.).
March 2004: Translation of the 80-page scenario “Ayroum" from English into French.
July 2003: One month of training at the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Translation Department – (Translation of legal and economic documents).
October 2003: One month of training at the Arabic magazine “Al computer”- Dar Assayad (Translation of documents concerning new technologies from English into Arabic).
