I am a freelance translator from English into Russian & Bulgarian, my mother tongues. My university education in engineering and linguistics as well as love of my profession allow me to have been being a successful translator for more than two decades.

My main areas of expertise are engineering and technologies. In addition, I gained vast experience in such topics as marketing, business, finances and economics. The most interesting texts to me are related to EU affairs, government, international organizations and international development aid.

Among my clients are companies and organizations operating in various industry and services sectors, whose materials I translated directly or through translation agencies in the USA, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Belgium, Japan, Hungary, Australia, China, Luxembourg, Germany, Russia, and Bulgaria.

About me in brief:
I grew up in Petersburg (Russia). After having graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University with an M. Eng. (MSc equivalent), and then from the St. St. Cyril and Methodius University (Bulgaria) with a B. A. in Bulgarian Language and Literature, as well as received certificates in EN-RU technical & scientific translation and EN-BG advanced courses, I have worked 16 years at various Russian, Bulgarian and International companies, and since 1998 I became as a full-time freelance translator.
