With more than eight years of study of the German language, I am looking to gain more experience in order to build a career in professional translation.
I pride myself on my excellent German grammar and English language capabilities, and my commitment to meet clients' requirements and to even surpass expectations. My course of study includes whole modules dedicated to translation and opportunities to participate in translation projects, such as our recent collaboration with the German Screen Studies Network 'Translating the Archive: The Letters of Lotte Eisner'.
I do not practise interpretation and intent to have SDL Trados Level 1 certification by December 2019.
