WORK EXPERIENCES
1. 1999 – present: Translator and Editor at PT Nafiri Gabriel, a book publisher in Jakarta.
2. 1986 – present: Freelance Translator and Editor at PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama
3. 2004 – present: Freelance Translator at PT BMW Indonesia in Jakarta.
4. 1998: Translator at PT Freeport Indonesia, Tembagapura, Papua. This is a US-Indonesia joint-venture gold and copper mining company in Papua.
5. 1997: Translator and editor at PT Kiani Kertas in Jakarta. This is a pulp and paper mill in East Kalimantan (Borneo).
6. 1992 – 1996: Translator and Editor at PT Kaltim Prima Coal (a coal mining company in Sangatta, East Kalimantan (Borneo). This is a joint-venture company between the government of Indonesia and British Petroleum (UK) and Rio Tinto (Australia). This is the largest open-pit coal mine in Indonesia.
7. 1989 – 1992: Translator at the Research and Documentation Centre for Manpower and Development of the Indonesian Manpower Foundation. This is a German-funded foundation in Indonesia.
