Word Bridge was established in 2010 in the Cairo, Egypt. Word Bridge has over 13 years of extensive experience, and expertise in providing language services such as translation, translation review/ proofreading, editing, Design/Desktop publishing (DTP), interpretation (foreign language and Sign language), transcription, and other related language services in over 250 languages to private and public organizations such as States, educational institutions, Cities, Courts, and Non-Governmental Organizations.
We have been providing similar services to the ones requested in the solicitation for many public and private agencies such as law firms, educational institutions, social, legal and health services worldwide.
We have/had over 1,000 private, pubic and individual clients worldwide but most of our clients are from North America.
We have all the necessary modern equipment and facility to successfully run the business. Since 2010, we provided language services to many government and non-government organizations (NGOs) nationwide and internationally.
Our firm’s management and organizational structure or chart aids in the delivery of project services effectively and within the required period when implemented as follows:
WORD BRIDGE’s overall role and responsibility is to execute the entire requested job punctually, accurately and confidentially. WORD BRIDGE’s project managers will review the documents received from our clients, and they will select a team of linguists who are highly qualified and educated professional translators, editors, proofreaders, reviewers, desktop publishers, typesetters, formatting experts, and other professionals needed to accomplish the tasks requested by the client in a timely manner. We are punctual and can meet the deadlines and respond to requests of our clients immediately.
Both our office staff and freelancers are highly experienced in management and administration of language services; they possess high education levels, and have been handling similar types of assignments to those listed in this solicitation for both public and private agencies, for more than 12 years.
We have an ongoing recruiting process of language professionals in many languages.
Providing the required types of services is our day-to-day routine activity, and we will provide the client with accurate and punctual services.

Pricing / Other services

0.08 USD per source word for translation, 0.04 USD per word for editing and proofreading, 5 USD per page for DTP, 4 USD per minute for transcription.
