-From 2009: Freelance translator, proofreader, editor, and interpreter. Some of my latest and current projects for agencies and clients:

-Medical reports, clinical trials, IFUs; documents indicated by the guidelines relating to questions of application of EU Directives on medical devices Specialized in catheters, stents, dressings, and infusion systems. (EN-ES, DE-ES, ES-EN)
-Games and apps: translation, localization, game testing (EN-ES).
-Educational games and apps for kids (EN-ES).
-Marketing translation, copywriting and transcreation, some SEO optimization, mostly for clothes retailers and garden tools (EN-ES).

-2003-2008: Export and customer care assistant, Barcelona, Spain in two medical companies. Translation of IFUS, contracts, commercial documents, quality assurance documents, and brochures. International fairs organization. Liaison interpreting (Catalan/Spanish/English).

-2000-2002: Galway University (Ireland). Spanish Language Assistant. Teacher of Spanish as a foreign language. Preparation of teaching materials and materials for the language lab. Interpreter at the Irish Courts. Collaborations with the Irish Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food. Translation of articles for literary magazines. Translator of children’s books.
