My name is Laurent Debacker. I am a Belgian native and can speak French, Dutch, Flemish and English fluently. I can also read and write German. I have experience working as a French/Dutch/English technical support agent for HP in Dublin, Ireland which required me to be professional as well as friendly to all customers having problems with either hardware or software. The job included supporting MS Office, Windows, SAP, VPN, networking, laptops, desktops, printers, anti-virus applications and internet applications. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and knowledge of Java, C++, Visual Basic, SQL and COBOL. All the programs I wrote in college had to be translated in English, French and Dutch. I also had a part-time job as a waiter for over 5 years in a respected restaurant where I was required to use my languages on a daily basis. I am a fast and keen learner and always interested in expanding my computer knowledge and language skills.
