Below are my experiences in working as a freelance Simultaneous Interpreter:
- November 13 to November 16, 2006: Military Chief of Staff of Pacific Region Conferrence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; organized by US Department of Defence.
- June 11 - June 15, 2006: Mekong Sub-Region Conferrence on Avian Fluenza Control in Bangkok, Thailand; organized by the Embassy of United States of America in Bangkok.
- May 8 - May 11, 2006: Mekong Sub-Region Conferrence on Coorperation between Civil Society and the Government in Combating Human Trafficking; organized by the Embassy of United States of America in Bangkok.
- February 6 - February 10, 2005: Result-Based Management Workshop; organized by Canadian International Development Agency.
Below is my experience in working as a full-time Translator and simultaneous Interpreter:
- October 2004 - August 2006: International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA), Bankok, Thailand. ILEA is the US agency under the supervision of US Department of States.
Pricing / Other services
- Translation Server: English <> Khmer
The minimum charge is US$40 for document that contains less than 800 words. A regular rate is 0.06 per word.
- Simultaneous Interpreter: English <> Khmer
Regular rate is US$500 per day.
