I was born in Ghana and grew up in school speaking, reading and writing Twi most of my life. I speak the language fluently. I would like to offer my service as a Translator and an occasional interpreter. I speak and write general Twi FLUENTLY. I once did an excellent job translating Twi into English on Cassette Tapes for an accredited company hired by the Goverment.

FROM 2004-PRESENT - TRAVEL CONSULTANT

From 1978 since I started working, I was first with an Airline for 8 years in Ghana, moved to the US and worked with Marsh & McLennan, Inc. in New York City for 5 years as an Executive Secretary. In later years, in the same capacity, I was offered a job at the World Bank/IMF in their Africa Department. From thereon, for quite some time, I preferred becoming a Temporary Executive Secretary so I floated in many companies - some which I will name here: Norvatis Corporation in Bethesda, MD - as their office Manager, WordPro in Rockville, MD, MedImmune in Gaithersburg, etc. etc. More importantly, I was offered an assignment of a Translator in Twi for quite a while by a Company in Sterling, VA for a government-related, top secret work in New Jersey after Security Clearance. I also read and write Twi fluently and read the bible in Twi to the Congregation on Sundays at my church. My friends and others occasionally get together to refresh our Twi language and I help my music friends with Twi words when they compose their music.

My rates are extremely competitive. My price quotation is determined by the number of words, the complexity of the subject material, and the time required to complete the project. I charge per word and the charges range from $0.20-$0.30 or slightly more, depending very much on as described above.
