I am a freelance translator with over 16 years experience. I was in the polce force from 1974 - 1995; during which time I qualified as a Home Office translator/interpreter. In 1999 I attended South Tyneside College to take a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting. I have worked for the following: Northumbria, Durham, Claeveland and the Metropolitan Police Forces. The Immigration Authority. FIFA. South Tyneside Magistrates Court, and Newcastle Crown Court.
