November 2007 – June 2008 Document Controller in Eurotecnica Contractors & Engineers S.p.A. (Milan). Main duties: contact with suppliers, control, registration and management of the documentation with SAP programme (documents received, issue dates, delays, order number, etc.).
Alstom Power Italia - September 2004 - October 2007From 2006 until 2007 Document Controller and Translator in the multinational company Alstom Power Italia in the ECS business (Environmental Control System). Main duties: contact with suppliers and management of engineering documents from the point of view of the following: documents received, dead dates, penalties, revisions, etc. I was also responsible for the O&M Manuals: supplier’s submission, correct format of the manuals, correct the translation of the manual into Spanish, make sure they followed the Client standards, submission to the Client, etc). Furthermore, I used to translate the main documents of the project from English or Italian into Spanish.
From 2004 until 2006 Project Management Assistant in Alstom Power Italia in EBR business (Environmental Boiler Retrofit). Main duties: redaction of communications to the client, document translation, meeting organisation, travel bookings, transmittals, interpreter in meetings, etc.
