I’m a university graduate with the maximum votation and I’m currently working for a consultancy company, where I could develop professional and practical translation skills, acquiring experience in analizing, translating, writing and organizing texts, documents and reports, as well as teamworking and cooperating with colleagues and superiors.
My studies and experience, personal and professional, allow me to spend several periods abroad and to develop very good communication skills, especially in written language. My present job gives me the oppportunity to translate, review and write English texts and documents, mainly in English, but also in Spanish and Japanese.

I’ve been cooperating over the last three years as a freelancer translator with many websites, agencies and foreign companies operating in the area of localization, performing translation to and from English, from Japanese and from Spanish.
I work mainly in the digital entertainment and IT area, with a specific focus on videogames, websites and manuals. My other areas of expertise are marketing, finance and legal translation and localization. Of course I can provide samples of my previous translations, and proof of my cooperation with companies and agencies.

Through my current working experience I could practice using Microsoft Office programs, CAT tools, databases,images, audio, video and other editing software, and acquire the ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed enviroment, to meet deadlines and schedules, to simultaneously manage different projects, to develop effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
You will find me to be a strong analytical, reliable and accurate partner, possessing the organizational skills and the flexibility required in demanding enviroments to actively manage and work in cooperation with teams and individuals to achieve goals efficiently.

I think my skills can fully satisfy the capabilities required for this position:
· I have familiarity with many software, databases, applications for PC and MAC and can provide customized solutions, including DTP, formatting or testing;
· I use adequate and up to date technological supports for communication and work.
· I’m familiar with using CAT tools;
· I have relevant translation experience in the videogames industry;
· I have developed collaboration and cooperation relations with various agencies, companies and websites operating on-line.

My average rate can be negotiated depending on factors such as stability and duration of the cooperation or complexity.
