My Name is Mrs Losalio Milika Pusiaki 'Aleva, i am from Lapaha, Tongatapu, I am the great grand-daughter of Vili Pusiaki and the Grand-daughter of Tuila Pusiaki. I studied in Takuilau College, and have worked for Tonga's National/cultural Centre for almost 7yrs. I have gained alot of knowledge and skills while working as a performer,tour-guide,information officer, and commentator for the Cultural Centre from 1991-1996. I migrated to New Zealand, where i am residing now, and have been actively involved in cultural events within our vast Tongan communities here in Aotearoa. I was a tutor for the Auckland University on Pacific Performing Arts, teaching Tongan music and dance, i have been chosen to judge at the ASB secondary school annual polynesian festival, judging the various Tongan dances on the Tongan Stage. I have been judging the Tongan New Zealand Beauty Pageant for almost 6 yrs now, and i am currently teaching individuals and or groups with our Tongan dancing and music. I have worked for the Tonga Youth Trust, going around schools and teach our NZ Tongan born children with our Tongan music and dances. At the moment i am the producer of the National Tongan Radio Show for all our Tongan people here in New Zealand and abroad, and it is from where i work, which is the Pacific Media Network. I am also a Tongan News reader in which i translate english news into my native tongues and broadcast twice everyday. I am also doing the translation of advertisements from the english language to our Tongan language and vice versa both for our organisation or any company who requests my services. I am very passionate about my job and i know that i can be of assistance to individuals and or groups who wishes to use my friendly, accurate and affordable services.
Pricing / Other services
My pricing is negotiable, and i can also help in composing songs and or stories for anybody. I can also choreograph any Songs using our Tongan dance moves and can be recorded to a dvd. I can also provide Tongan news to any part of the world from here in New Zealand. I can even write books for children both in Tongan and in English.
