After receiving an in-house training in translation, I worked full time as such more than 3 years, both translating and interpreting.

At that time, I was involved in major and serious translation projects like Bible translation, books, magazines, and pamphlets.

I offered interpretation in conferences, seminars, assemblies, and conventions.

I also worked more than 12 years part time as a translator and interpreter.

I also acquired proofreading and copywriting skills.

Proofreading and copywriting (same language combination as above): 0.08 cents (USD) per word.

Simultaneous Interpreting (same language combination as above): $45.50 an hour.

Consecutive Interpreting (same language combination as above): $150 USD to $200 USD a day.
