Career / Experience

I am an Italian-born professional, resident in Canada for over 30 years, with over 15 years' experience in translation, both from ITA to ENG and vice-versa. I have worked steadily with many agencies in Toronto as an interpretor and translator. I am on the Italian Consulate's list of recommended translators and regularly receive referrals. Some of my recent projects include the translation of daily columns on art and architecture for certain Italian e-zines, three commercial online portals, corporate legal contracts, and a wide variety of technical, gastronomic, travel and tourism articles for print-based magazines. I am a current director of the Sicilian Cultural Society of Canada. I work in tandem with my wife, a Canadian-born, Italian-speaking writer and editor. Together we produce seamlessly smooth prose that reads naturally, the hand of the translator undetectable. We look forward to hearing of your requirements.
