Sales Support and Business Analyst for the Trading Director of the Italian subsidiary of a multinational company leader of the Perfumery and Cosmetic Industry. In this context, I am in charge of the analysis of the commercial results of the Fragrance Division; of the elaboration of reports and files for the Fragrance Division Director and the headquarters of the company; of the contact with the priority customers for free samples, products’ technical documents and marketing promotional material; of the coordination of the other Sales Support resources to have an unified management of the commercial activities of the Fragrance Division; of the redaction and the filing of commercial letters; of the translations from English into Italian of power point marketing Presentations of our products and of articles of Cosmetic and Perfumery interest; of the management of the central files and the organization of travels and meetings following the Director International agenda.

October 2001– January 2004

Senior Account, at Bonaparte48, Public Relations Agency, for a multinational company of the household appliances sector (Merloni Elettrodomestici Spa). In this context, I was in charge of the coordination of the activities of the european agencies that dealt with the customer Merloni Elettrodomestici on a local level; of the selection and translation from English into Italian of the articles of the foreign Press review and the concerning central files; of the organization of events, travels, and meetings following the customer’s agenda.
