PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
SINCE 1992: Professional Translator
Extensive experience with governmental agencies, multinational clients, publishers, universities, physicians and hospitals. Former medical transcriptionist. Large English, Portuguese, Italian and French personal medical library maintained and updated. Excellent support network of physicians used for consultation.
To date I have translated millions of words, in subjects as diverse as dental medicine, homeopathy, geriatrics, software localization & IT and marketing areas.
I have translated theses, scientific papers and articles, NGOs mediations, drug package inserts, MSDSs and other documents dealing with biomedical subjects, brochures, help files, specifications, operating manuals, homepages, articles, and other documents dealing with a variety of subjects.
