PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
I was an English teacher from 2004 to 2010 and a vice principal of one of the leading schools in my local area as well as have served as a freelance translator since 2006 to date. I am now fully focusing on translation industry and anything related to the languages, particularly English, Indonesian and Javanese.
I started my international career in the translation industry in 2010 and at the same time, I was approved as an official member of Association of Indonesian Translators (Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia) in June 2010, contracted as a freelancer at Booking.com since July 2010 for English to Indonesian project, a Target Language Expert (TLE) at Avant Assessment L.L.C. for Indonesian and Javanese projects since August 2010, a Web site localizer at www.....com for English to Indonesian from August 2010 to date and a freelancer at some agencies; Indonesia, India, Egypt, Kuwait, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Turkey, United States, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, England, Russia, etc.
I hold a bachelor degree in English Literature and Linguistics with best predicate (3.96/4.00), and have learned English since I was 9. As a native speaker of Indonesian and Javanese, I am familiar and able to speak and write Indonesian and Javanese very well.
My general objectives are to provide world-class translation and localization services with top quality, any language related services such as copywriting, content writing, language consulting, online language learning, etc., and to be a customer-oriented service provider that can meet every single client’s need.

- Full-time freelance translator from July 2010 to date, successfully accomplishing translation projects ranging from small to big scale projects such as:
- Web site content translation of more than 1,000,000 words from English to Indonesian (Area of expertise: hotel & tourism, name of service user: Booking.com – the Netherlands)
