July - September 1989
I photocomposed the Russian edition of AQUA magazine published by PORTORIA in September
1989. I also translated a number of articles for the same publisher on the Chernobyl disaster (see
AQUA June 1990) and on the trans-Siberian railroad.
I photocomposed and proofread the Russian edition of AMICA, which was published as one single
issue by RCS Editori in September 1989.

September - November 1989
I was in charge of coordinating translation and editing jobs. I also photocomposed and proofread
the Russian edition of MILLEIDEE (title of the Russian edition: ANNA), edited by RCS Editori in
November 1989. The magazine was presented to Raissa Gorbacheva on her visit to Italy.

April - July 1990
I worked as an interpreter for Tecnoservice Srl, Sordio, at Fiera Campionaria. I then accompanied
several delegations from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and from the Tourist Board of the USSR
during their stay in Italy, with the purpose of purchasing catering product lines.

October 1990
I worked as a consecutive interpreter (Russian-Italian) at the annual congress of the National
Association of Non-Distructive Testing.

February 1991
Consecutive interpreter for Pompe Vergani, Merate, during negotiations for the creations of a joint
venture in the Ukraine.

May 1991 - November 1992
PA to the managing director of Cofisov Spa, an Italian-Russian brokerage joint venture belonging to
the Fineurop group. Duties included translating technical documents, drawing up sale transactions
in a foreign language, dealing with customers, representing the company at events and trade fairs
(Boritec). I also worked as a business consecutive translator at AGIP and Ente Fiera, Milan.


March 1994 - June 1996
I was employed in the sales department of Tecnoservice Srl. The company exported machinery for
the catering industry and for the agricultural and food industry, for the woodwork and printing
industry to C.S.I countries. The company had four branches in Russia, one in Kiev (Ukraine) and
one at Alma Ata (Kazakhstan). I was in charge of job orders. I dealt with suppliers and shipping
companies. Duties included making arrangements for the company to attend specialized trade fairs
and exhibitions both in Italy and abroad (Boritec, Polygrambummash, Italagropishemash), as well
as taking part in sales negotiations.

July 1996 – January 1999
Reporting directly to the sales manager. Employed as manager in charge of handling spare parts
for the Toresani division of Pavan Spa, Galliera Veneta (PD). The company carries the ISO9001
certification. It is a leading manufacturer of pasta, snacks and cereal.

May 1999 – March 2003
Employed as senior consultant for PwC consulting in the ERP sector. Experience acquired
in process improvement SCM. SAP implementation (logistic modules) skills acquired through
working at several projects in the CIP (retail distribution, CPG and luxury goods) sector.
I also gained work experience in sales and warehouse related management procedures, stock
inventories and shipping.

From April 2003 to February 2007
AEM (Milan Energy Company) – CRM team leader - Tasks include supervising customer
care information systems, sales and marketing management as part of a corporate implementation
project concerning the MySAP CRM suite on SAP IS/U 4.72 and R/3.
The Replacing and standardizing all front-end information systems targeting the public and
business customers alike and standardizing every single process represent the main project goal.

From March 2007 to October 2009
Trilog SPA – CRM principal consultant – Tasks include process analysis, customer care
enhancements in CPG sector; supervising and instructing newly hired people in order to structure and re-
organize the company CRM business unit.
Specifics tasks accomplished at customer premises:
o BBP drawing phase for Heirussia CRM Lighthouse Project with regard to the master data,
territorial management and order management chapters (mastering both English and Russian
languages).
o “Train-the-trainer” program for an ERP implementation aimed to standardize the customer care
processes and after sales services for an aerospace and defence production company on SAP
ECC 6.0 rel. tied to SAP CRM 5.0 and APO 5.0.
o SAP CRM 7.0 Service team leader for Heisale Customer Technical Services implementation.
Managing the BBP drawing and implementation phase, including the following functionalities;
service contracts and service plans management with ECC invoicing features, Ibase
management and automatic updating, warranties and claim management, master and
transactional data synchronization with SAP ECC 6.0.
