In an international software company I was in charge of Releasing and Localisation the ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, including translating contents of SCM software and created customers’ support manuals to help the customer understand the functions of the products.
After, I studied at a university in UK and obtained MA degree in Communication Policy studies. Since I had finished my study, I involved in several market research projects conducting an intensive desk research and primary interviewing to a key persons, and also producing and editing a presentation material to clients.
