Academic background:
Graduated from Osaka University of Foreign Studies (National) in 1972.
Trained as an exchange student at the Northern Gas Board in New castle upon Tyne, United Kingdom for the fields of accounting and marketing during the school days.
Occupational career:
Joined Hitachi Cable, Ltd. in 1972 until 1978. Engaged in preparation of contract documents for telecommunication installations and electric power plants.
Joined Murata Mfg., Co., Ltd. in 1979. Engaged in international marketing and preparation of international standards such as the International Electrotechnical Commission and International Standardization Organization for electronic components.
Established a full-time SOHO specializing in translation and interpretation for the fields such as IT, Telecommunications, Patent and Contracts.
Accreditations:
Test of Practical English: First Grade, conducted by the Society for Testing English Proficiency, Inc. (STEP) in 1969.
