I hold a Master's degree in translation for French, English and German from Montpellier University, and I have been working as a freelance translator since 2006.
My mothertongue is German. I translate from French and English into German, but also from German into French.
My fields are marketing, tourism, business letters, contracts, events and technical translations.
I work with the CAT-tool Wordfast, which is Trados compatible.
In 2014 I turned to literary translation, mostly romance and fantasy fiction, from English and French into German, and I really enjoy it.

My average rate for translations implying little research from French or English into German is 0,08 Euro per word.
My rates vary according to language pair, difficulty, volume, deadline etc.
