My experience in the field of translations dates back to 1980, when I founded my translation company based in Turin, Italy.
My tasks were the following:
- Human resource selection
- Translation editing
- Quality control
I created, directed and coordinated professional teams for big translation projects.
During the World Football Championship in 1990, I worked as an anchor with the Brazilian staff of journalists from Rádio Gaúcha in Porto Alegre for the live broadcast (in Portuguese) “Bom dia Itália, boa noite Brasil”.
From 1992 to 1996 I was the editor of Italian translations for the European Parliament and the European Commission. This assignment was obtained on the basis of a regular tender.
In 2009 I closed my translation company. Since then, I work as a freelance literary translator from Spanish, Portuguese and French into Italian.
Since 2010 I work for a famous Italian geopolitical review , translating articles and essays by eminent journalists, writers and intellectuals from all over the world.
