TRANSLATION:

1982-85 Employed as translator for an architectural studio

Since 1985 freelance translator. Numerous translations from German to English in the fields of literature, art history, architecture and cultural history, as well as a range of other academic fields in the humanities and natural sciences (see publication list), together with specialist translations in various areas including advertising, business, industry, journalism, law, public relations, technology and tourism for a wide variety of public institutions, translation agencies and private clients.

Correction and editing work for translation agencies, companies and private customers.
Translations into English from Italian, French and Arabic
All translations into French and Arabic done my wife (native Arabic speaker).

Since 1997 also employed by the University of Applied Arts in Vienna
