Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics, a Master's Degree in Translation Studies, and a Master's Degree in Human Rights from the University of Essex (UK), I have a large amount of experience in providing translation/interpretation services within busy and fast moving environments. The list of my previous employers includes the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, where I translated articles from Russian into English for publication for over four years, Museum of History of Armenia, and the Armenian national TV channel. I was also responsible for providing consecutive interpretation from Russian to English for a Turkmenistani Government delegation visit to UK Young Offenders institutions on behalf of The Children’s Legal Centre (NGO) in Colchester (UK), July 2011, as well as translating/interpreting during a number of highly successful international events, such as Golden Apricot International Film Festival and Yerevan Perspectives International Music Festival.
