I began my career in language 15 years ago when I began using my Spanish in my job as a Medical Assistant in a clinic. My Spanish skills expanded as I traveled to various parts of Latin America and conducted Bible studies with native Spanish speakers. I am currently living in Chile and therefore using Spanish on a daily basis.
6 years ago I began learning French and have used it in similar settings. During the past year here in Chile , I have had many opportunities to interpret between Spanish and French, as I lived for several months with native French speakers. Additionally, I have learned Haitian Creole and on a daily basis I find it necessary to slide back and forth between Spanish and Haitian Creole, also serving as an interpreter for the Haitians.
I am fascinated with the art of language and strive to constantly improve my skills.

I am also available in the Santiago Metropolitan Area to interpret. Alternatively, I would be willing to interpret via skype, and therefore would be available in any part of the world.
