My main duties included answering the telephone, reception of guests, secretarial support for the staff manager and for the managing director, office management and other administration duties. As a Project Coordinator I attended to the coordination of translations. I dealt with customer relations, distribution of workload, instruction of translators and invoicing. I have translated EU documents, press releases and letters, all translations from Italian into Danish. I have also done some proofreading in various languages.

Price of translation: Euro 0.09 - 0.11 per word (depending on the assignment) or Euro 21.00 per hour.
Price for proofreading: Euro 0.045 per word.
