Worked as a translator/interpreter (English-Romanian, Romanian-English) for various entities, such as ADAS International (UK), AHT International (Germany), USDA (U.S.), International Women in Media Foundation (U.S.), Visual Persistence (Bucharest), etc. Duties included translation of technical reports geared toward the Romanian Ministry of Agriculture and the PHARE program, consecutive interpretation in classroom and business environments, and simultaneous interpretation in a conference environment.

   Pricing / Other services

I do translation, interpreting (simultaneous or consecutive), editing, proofreading, both from English into Romanian and from Romanian into English. I translate Romanian poetry into English as a hobby (samples of my work are on my website, www.tc.umn.edu/~hanga001). My prices are negotiable and reasonable, and range between $0.05-0.15/word, depending on the difficulty and complexity of the material.
