I am a freelancer English and German into French Translator & Software Localizer available for all job sizes, from small and urgent to very large projects. I have considerable experience and competence in various translation fields and tools and have worked 15 years in translation, including 3 years as in-house translator/localizer/project manager. I have a B.A. in Languages for International Business, with a major in Translation/Interpretation from Lyon University, France. I completed my graduate studies until thesis.

I am also an SDL TRADOS APPROVED TRAINER, available for customized onsite training on Trados and SDLX products at translation agencies and companies.

My usual rates are the following:

1) Translation/Localization US$ 0.13 – 0.15/source word, depending on technicality
2) Translation with Trados depending on fuzzy matching: US$ 0.4 to US$ 0.15/source word
3) Editing US$ 0.4 per source word
4) Hourly rate US$ 45.00
5) Min. charge US$ 45.00

I can translate an average of 1500 to 2000 NEW words per day (much more with Trados/SDLX TM)
