This is at the bottom of an academic transcript, below the grades. Usually 'rachat' is used in a financial context but not sure how it's used here. TIA (thanks in advance)

My comment:

Admis avec rachat means that the student passes.
Rachat is used when the teachers meet and decide to let a few students pass. (It concerns students who almost reached the required grade point average to pass).
For example: If the students need a minimum grade point average of 10 to pass, they pass even if they have 09.80...
So we say that the student passes avec rachat.
