Thank you for your input. I've had to send the doc - rushed job, but "type d'innovation" meant new product type I think and "gestuelles" was probably to do with food preparation, but I wasn't sure. There is never any room on this site to give proper context but this was a marketing doc. for new foods. Bonne soirée!!
