moji (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

English > German

Subject:

Other

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

you drive me crazy with your craziness

Context:

a lover

"Du machst mich mit deinem Wahnsinn wahnsinnig", oder: "Du machst mich mit Deiner Verrücktheit verrückt"

My comment:

the first translation has a derogatory touch, the second one could fit into a love letter better, as in "crazy for you" - "verrückt nach dir"
