This is kind of a guess, but since the word is "accommodation" (singular), it means the hotel or resort will provide services to enable the guest to play golf, such as setting up tee times, driving the guest to the course, renting clubs, etc. Maybe there is even a golf course at the hotel. "Accommodations" (plural) refers to lodging.

My husband is a former resort manager. His resort included a golf course. He agreed with this solution.
